Iowa ABD Age to Purchase app for iPhone and iPad

Retailers can now access the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Divisions Age to Purchase Calendar with their smartphone. The Age to Purchase Calendar will help calculate the age of a customer attempting to purchase alcohol or tobacco products. The app also has a built-in scanning function. Using the camera feature on the device, the app can scan the barcode on an ID to quickly determine age and validity. No personal information of the customer is stored on the device.
